The role

FAR.AI is seeking Technical Program Managers to define and execute complex technical programs for their foundational research and research infrastructure teams.

What you'll do

Take complex technical programs from idea to delivery
Prioritize across competing demands in partnership with research teams
Build and maintain compute and resource roadmaps
Partner with researchers to package their work effectively
Connect research and engineering with internal partners

What it takes

Strong technical background, either in ML, software engineering, or another scientific or research field
Experience in coordinating model releases, procuring or managing datasets, or supporting evaluations
Track record of delivering complex technical programs while managing tradeoffs and strategic priorities
Facilitating technology transfer of foundational and applied research into production environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with scientific computing cluster management
