What you'll do
- Support the supply of vaccines and related products ensuring alignment between planned deliveries, country demand and financial plans.
- Support demand planning activities including timely submission, validation and monitoring of country requirements.
- Review procurement requisitions, track procurement and supply activities against approved demand plans.
- Coordinate processes related to Lines of Credit requests and allocations, monitor credit and capital accounts.
- Monitor repayments and follow up on arrears while supporting sound financial management practices.
What it takes
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, finance or any field related to the functions of the post from a recognized university.
- Five years of combined national and international experience in logistics management with emphasis on vaccine management, international procurement, finance, and supply chain management.
- Fluency in English or Spanish with working knowledge of the other. Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese would be an asset.
