The role
FHI 360 is seeking a Technical Officer II to provide technical and administrative services supporting the implementation of the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Program, focusing on content development, monitoring and evaluation, and project management.
What you'll do
- Lead new content development projects ensuring on-time completion and adherence to program standards
- Conduct analysis of project implementation to identify areas for improvement
- Support live event implementation by providing textual support during events
- Draft Project Monitoring Plans for annual proposals based on technical leadership direction
- Assist with collecting data for inclusion in client reports
What it takes
- Bachelor’s Degree or its international equivalent in Education, TESOL, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience including teaching or developing curriculum for an EFL audience; 6-8 years preferred
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) required, particularly Canvas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking
