The role
Provides advanced technical leadership for knowledge management, external visibility, and strategic engagement across large, complex, multi-country global health projects.
What you'll do
- Provides advanced technical leadership for knowledge management, external visibility, and strategic engagement
- Leads the design and implementation of knowledge management and external visibility strategies
- Directs the identification, documentation, synthesis, and dissemination of lessons learned, best practices, innovations, evidence, and project achievements
- Leads the planning and execution of webinars, learning events, technical exchanges, conference sessions, and other knowledge-sharing and dissemination activities
- Develops and implements activities to strengthen the knowledge management, technical communications, and external visibility capacity of country office staff and implementing partners
What it takes
- Master's Degree or its International Equivalent
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership for large, complex, multi-country projects or programs
- Experience leading the development and quality assurance of technical products, strategic messaging, knowledge-sharing activities, and external communications
- Experience leading or contributing to business development efforts, including proposal design, writing, budgeting, or work planning
- Fluent English, proficiency in French is desired, proficiency in other languages is a plus
