- Strong record of proposal development for donors like ECHO, GIZ, or USAID.
- Advanced knowledge of IASC MSP, CPMS, and Sphere humanitarian standards.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred in a related field.
- Mandatory fluency in both English and Arabic.
