What you'll do
- Supports buildout and delivery of industry-wide technical assistance programming
- Works with partner developers to assess capacity building needs
- Develops and implements technical assistance tools such as webinars, toolkits, and best practice guides
- Manages grant allocation and impact reporting processes
- Coordinates across internal teams for program scoping and implementation
- Supports event planning and relationship stewarding with external partners
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields of community development and affordable housing, public policy, urban planning, government, banking and finance, nonprofit, or real estate development
- Minimum five years of experience in relevant fields
- Some experience in the affordable housing funding, development, operating, or managing fields preferred
- Graduate degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience
