What you'll do

  • Supports buildout and delivery of industry-wide technical assistance programming
  • Works with partner developers to assess capacity building needs
  • Develops and implements technical assistance tools such as webinars, toolkits, and best practice guides
  • Manages grant allocation and impact reporting processes
  • Coordinates across internal teams for program scoping and implementation
  • Supports event planning and relationship stewarding with external partners

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields of community development and affordable housing, public policy, urban planning, government, banking and finance, nonprofit, or real estate development
  • Minimum five years of experience in relevant fields
  • Some experience in the affordable housing funding, development, operating, or managing fields preferred
