The role
Support the High Ambition Coalition for Nature and People (HAC for N&P) as an intern in technical assistance and capacity building, focusing on equity integration, grantee support, event organization, and report production.
What you'll do
- Support the follow-up of Rapid Deployment Mechanism grantees
- Support matchmaking of requests from HAC for N&P members
- Organize and deliver webinars, trainings, and CBD COP 17 technical events
- Support production of Target 3 regional workshops analysis and related communication materials
What it takes
- Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in biodiversity conservation, environmental studies, international relations or a related discipline
- Analytical skills with exposure to environmental policy
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in additional languages is an asset
