- Supervise the MEAL team to ensure mechanisms are in place for beneficiary feedback
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, computer science or related field
- Master’s or additional training in MEAL is an asset
- 5 years of relevant experience in NGOs or organizations conducting MEAL in development and humanitarian contexts
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to design complex systems capturing and analyzing data
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French, Creole is an asset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and capacity building skills as a trainer/facilitator and mentor
