The Technical Advisor II - Emergency Response and Recovery will provide technical advice on program design and implementation issues with a focus on Emergency Response and Recovery in Latin America and the Caribbean Region (LACRO).

- Represent CRS at humanitarian cluster, donor, and coordination meetings
