What you'll do
- Identify gaps in supply chain policies, procedures, standards, tools, and guidance for CVA programs
- Provide practical technical support to regional and Country Offices and Country Program teams
- Contribute to market mapping of service providers, response analysis, and project design
- Support agency-wide and country-level procurements involving FSPs and voucher vendors
- Support global-level and country-level contracting and supplier management processes
- Develop, adapt, and deliver training and coaching on supply chain roles and responsibilities
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, economics, supply chain management or relevant field
- Minimum of five-eight relevant work experience with progressive responsibilities
- At least three (3) years of international experience implementing or supporting cash and voucher assistance
- Experience with procurement in the humanitarian or public sector
- Extensive hands-on experience working with commercial supply chain actors or financial service providers in one or more developing countries
- Experience supporting humanitarian emergency responses
