The role
The Technical Advisor will provide technical support for NOURISH programming in Ethiopia and Rwanda, focusing on evidence-informed decision-making, knowledge translation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to NOURISH by reviewing partner workplans and implementation approaches
- Support knowledge management and learning by synthesizing programme evidence and lessons learned into technical briefs
- Represent NOURISH in selected technical meetings, working groups, and partner engagements
- Collaborate across the NOURISH team, Nutrition International technical teams, and consortium partners to deliver high-quality programme outputs
- Contribute technical inputs to partner reports to ensure reporting reflects programme progress
What it takes
- Master's degree (or higher) in nutrition, public health nutrition, maternal health and nutrition, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible technical experience in international development, public health, nutrition, or a related field
- Experience supporting implementation of nutrition and health systems strengthening programmes
- Demonstrated understanding of results-based management, performance measurement frameworks, and program monitoring
- Experience contributing to the development of technical reports, guidance documents, and knowledge products
