Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago is seeking a Team Member for its Oakland Avenue Store in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves various positions including Production Associate, Donation Attendant, Sales Floor Associate, or Cashier, all focused on supporting the Goodwill mission through retail operations and customer service. Candidates will work in a fast-paced environment to manage donations, organize sales floors, and provide excellent customer service.

What you'll do

• Process and price donations for the sales floor
• Greet and thank donors while accepting donations
• Organize the sales floor and assist customers with finding items
• Ring up sales transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized production area

What it takes

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of shift
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds (for Donation Attendants)
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude toward community mission
