The role

Goodwill is seeking versatile Team Members to support store operations across various roles including Production, Donation Attendants, Sales Floor Associates, and Cashiers. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, processing donations, and maintaining the sales floor to further the organization's mission of helping people find employment. Team members will work in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for professional growth and cross-training. The position requires a customer-centric mindset and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with retail operations.
