The role

Goodwill is seeking Team Members to support various store operations, including production, donation intake, sales floor assistance, and cashiering. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service while contributing to the organization's mission of helping people with barriers to employment. Team members will engage in tasks such as pricing donations, greeting donors, organizing sales floors, and processing transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.
