The role

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago is seeking a Team Member for its Carpentersville store. The role involves various positions including Production Associate, Donation Attendant, Sales Floor Associate, or Cashier. Candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service and supporting the Goodwill mission.

What you'll do

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Process and price donations for the sales floor.
• Organize and maintain the sales floor layout.
• Ring up sales transactions accurately.
• Sort and organize incoming donations.
• Greet and thank donors.

What it takes

• One year of retail or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds (for Donation Attendants).
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Team-oriented approach.
