Action for Children is seeking a dedicated Residential Team Leader to help launch a new children's residential home in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. This hands-on leadership role involves managing a team of residential support workers to provide therapeutic care for young people who have experienced trauma. The position requires a professional who can deputize for the Registered Manager and create a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for children in short-term care. What you'll do

  • Provide direct line management and supervision to residential staff.
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence.
