Team Lead

The role

Eliot is seeking a Team Lead for their Homelessness Services Division to provide clinical and administrative oversight for the Community Support Program (CSP-HI). The role involves providing real-time guidance, training, and weekly supervision to Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches in the field. The successful candidate will facilitate service delivery for unhoused populations while collaborating with community agencies and state providers.
