What you'll do

• Supporting students with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and personal development
• Building trusted relationships that help students feel safe, valued, and confident
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences
• Encouraging independence, resilience, and positive behaviour
• Delivering targeted support and interventions to help students overcome barriers to learning
• Creating a nurturing environment where every student can achieve their potential

What it takes

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent required
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a SEND, care, education, or support setting
• Is patient, resilient, and able to remain calm in challenging situations
• Can build positive relationships and inspire confidence in young people
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is passionate about making a genuine difference to students' lives every day
