The role

SPARK Schools is seeking Teaching Assistants to support lead teachers in creating a positive learning environment and assist with various classroom activities, including instruction, curriculum delivery, and scholar progress monitoring.

What you'll do

Assist lead teachers in classroom routines, preparation, small group supervisions and ensuring that the learning environment is conducive to learning.
Support lesson planning, creating teaching aids, and providing support during instructional activities.
Track scholar's academic performance and ensure Personalised Learning Plans are on track under the supervision of the lead teacher.
Supervise lunch and break during the instructional day.

Matric + NQF Level ⅘ and in progress to obtain B.Ed (SP/FET) (IsiXhosa & Afrikaans)
