The role
The Head Start Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing educational plans for preschool children to foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. The role involves managing day-to-day classroom operations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The teacher will also build strong partnerships with families through conferences and home visits while maintaining a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
