The role

KIPP NYC is seeking dedicated teachers to provide a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum across their network of public charter schools. The role involves motivating students, using data to drive instructional decisions, and collaborating closely with a team of educators to ensure student success. Teachers are expected to model character strengths and communicate effectively with families while preparing students for college and career paths.
