The role

KIPP Oklahoma is seeking dynamic and dedicated teachers to join their growing network of public charter schools in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Teachers will be responsible for developing standards-based lesson plans, utilizing data to improve student academic performance, and fostering a culture of high expectations and critical thinking. Successful candidates will collaborate with families and staff to ensure students are prepared for college and career success within an academically rigorous environment.
