The role

KIPP NYC is seeking dedicated teachers to motivate students and develop both academic and character skills within a rigorous college preparatory environment. Responsibilities include planning and executing daily lessons aligned with school and state standards, assessing student progress, and providing targeted small-group instruction. Teachers will also serve as advisors to support students throughout their high school journey, contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven school culture.
