The role

KIPP Columbus is seeking a dedicated educator to join their team to deliver rigorous, anti-racist instruction to K-12 students. The role involves internalizing challenging lesson plans, fostering an inclusive classroom culture, and collaborating with grade-level teams to ensure academic excellence. Teachers will receive ongoing professional development and coaching to grow their pedagogical practice and leadership skills. The position requires a commitment to student success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
