The role

KIPP New Orleans Schools is seeking passionate educators to join their network of charter schools to build academically excellent classrooms. Teachers will be responsible for delivering rigorous, standards-aligned instruction, fostering a positive classroom culture, and utilizing data to drive student achievement. This role requires a commitment to equity, restorative behavior practices, and building strong, strengths-based relationships with students and families.
