The role

KIPP Oklahoma is seeking dedicated teachers to join their network of public charter schools in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Teachers will be responsible for developing standards-based lesson plans, utilizing assessment data to drive academic performance, and fostering a rigorous, joyful classroom culture. The role requires collaboration with families and grade-level teams to ensure every student is prepared for college, career, and beyond.
