The role

KIPP NYC is seeking dedicated teachers to join their network of 18 public charter schools across the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. The role involves planning and implementing a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum aligned with Common Core standards while fostering a culture of academic excellence and character growth. Teachers are expected to assess student progress continuously, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain strong communication with families. The position focuses on preparing students for success in college, career, and beyond through engaging instruction and social-emotional learning.
