KIPP Baltimore is seeking a passionate Teacher to join the KIPP Harmony and KIPP Ujima Village Academy teams to support student academic and social-emotional growth. The role involves designing data-driven lessons, fostering a supportive classroom environment, and collaborating with families and staff to ensure student success. Candidates must be committed to working with historically resilient communities and possess the ability to deliver engaging instruction aligned with grade-level standards. Teachers are provided with professional development opportunities and clear leadership pathways within the Baltimore City Public Schools system.
