The role

KIPP NYC is seeking dedicated teachers to join their mission-driven network, focusing on motivating students and developing their academic and character skills. The role involves planning rigorous college-preparatory curricula, assessing student progress, and providing individualized instruction to ensure student mastery. Teachers will also serve as advisors to small groups of students, fostering a supportive community while contributing to a high-achieving school culture.
