The role

KIPP Oklahoma is seeking dedicated teachers to join their mission of providing academically excellent, joyful public charter school experiences. Responsibilities include developing standards-based lesson plans, analyzing assessment data to improve student performance, and collaborating with families to support student growth. Teachers are expected to maintain an environment of academic rigor while participating in professional development and school-wide community events.
