The role

KIPP Columbus is seeking a dedicated educator to deliver rigorous, anti-racist instruction within a high-performing public charter school environment. The role involves internalizing challenging curricula, fostering an inclusive classroom culture, and collaborating with grade-level teams to ensure academic growth. Teachers will receive ongoing professional development and coaching to support their professional leadership and craft in a fast-paced setting.
