Targeting Analyst
The role
GiveDirectly is hiring a Targeting Analyst to identify and prioritize communities in need during humanitarian crises for their Emergency Cash product team. This role involves analyzing data from various sources to generate actionable recipient lists and working closely with engineers to refine targeting tools. The ideal candidate will combine humanitarian needs analysis expertise with strong data fluency to drive effective, evidence-based aid delivery. This is a one-year fixed-term contract requiring remote work with an East Africa timezone overlap.
