What you'll do
- Provide support for the wellness and recovery of clients with complex or chronic behavioral health issues
- Provide referrals and linkage to community services
- Assist clients in overcoming behavioral health issues interfering in the client’s ability to function independently in the community
- Provide advocacy for family support and required services
- Work with child, adolescent, and adult clients
