The role
One Acre Fund is seeking an Internal Investigation Supervisor and Coordinator to conduct thorough field investigations, manage legal and HR escalations, and advise senior leadership on operational risks in Tanzania.
What you'll do
- Conduct independent field investigations into suspected fraud, theft, inventory stock leakages, and policy non-compliance
- Gather physical and digital evidence, conduct witness/subject interviews, and prepare chronological event logs
- Prepare evidence bundles, interview notes, and documentation for internal disciplinary panels, CMA proceedings, and formal legal cases
- Investigate and resolve farmer and customer complaints promptly
- Identify operational vulnerabilities and support the rollout of targeted anti-fraud training programs and risk evaluations
- Produce clear, comprehensive investigation and audit reports detailing factual findings, control failures, and actionable recommendations
What it takes
