The role
The Talent Sourcing Coordinator will drive the recruitment of top-tier educators and school staff by managing digital campaigns, community outreach, and candidate pipeline development. This role focuses on identifying and engaging high-quality passive candidates through social media, job boards, and networking events. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet aggressive staffing goals while championing the KIPP Texas mission. This position balances data-driven recruitment strategies with active relationship building to ensure a robust workforce for the school network.
