The role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai’i, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple states.

What you'll do

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding
  • Develop and post job descriptions
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
  • Support hiring managers in the interview process
  • Facilitate the offer process

  • Minimum of 4 years full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven settings
