The role

The Regenerative Agriculture Field Technician at Acceso Colombia will support small farmers in implementing regenerative agriculture practices for plantain production, focusing on training, access to credit for inputs, and connecting farmers with formal markets. Responsibilities include farmer prospecting, training, technical assistance, credit program management, productivity monitoring, and administrative tasks. The goal is to improve farming practices and enhance the livelihoods of smallholder farmers.
