The role
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Growth and Development is a critical leadership role responsible for driving and executing LACI’s development and fundraising strategy to support the organization’s growth.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the CEO and COO to establish annual and multi-year fundraising goals
- Develop a dynamic donor cultivation system
- Work closely with the CEO and COO on fundraising progress
- Oversee the full lifecycle of grant applications
- Manage the Development Team budget and resources
- Supervise, mentor, and support Development Team staff

- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of nonprofit fundraising experience
- Fluency in corporate, government, and philanthropic fundraising
