The role
The Sustainable Finance & Financial Inclusion Associate will support research, information organization, partner coordination, and event preparation to strengthen inclusive and gender-responsive financial ecosystems in Costa Rica.
What you'll do
- Support research, desk reviews, and the compilation of information related to sustainable finance and gender-responsive financial inclusion.
- Assist in preparing briefs, concept notes, presentations, and knowledge products.
- Contribute to organizing gender indicators, data repositories, and relevant programme documentation.
- Support coordination with financial institutions, regulators, and development partners.
- Assist in the organization of webinars, workshops, and capacity-building activities.
- Contribute to monitoring and reporting processes.

- Experience and/or demonstrated interest in sustainable finance, financial inclusion, gender equality, ESG, development finance, data analysis, or public policy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
