- Engage with specific input suppliers to refine their products for smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Liaise with Government Relations colleagues to advocate for policy changes

- Experience developing and managing farm system transition pathways
- Familiarity with the latest advances in sustainable plant nutrition, particularly biological solutions
- Familiarity with agricultural research, experimental design, analysis, and interpretation of results
- Strong project management skills and experience leading complex initiatives with diverse stakeholders
