Support Worker

The role

The Support Worker provides direct assistance to families within the Family Preservation Program to promote child safety, stability, and well-being. Responsibilities include coordinating community resources, providing parenting coaching, and offering crisis intervention in home and community settings. The role requires close collaboration with case managers and therapists to ensure families successfully meet their case plan goals.
