Support Worker

The role

As a Support Worker, you will collaborate with Case Managers to support children and families in building healthy relationships and strong foundations. You will be responsible for teaching life skills, connecting families to essential resources, and acting as a positive advocate. This role focuses on helping families thrive by providing guidance, support, and practical conflict resolution strategies.
