Support Worker

The role

As a Support Worker, you will collaborate with Case Managers to provide essential support to children and families, fostering healthy relationships and building strong foundations. Your responsibilities include teaching life skills such as emotional regulation and conflict resolution, while connecting families to vital resources. You will act as a positive influence and advocate for children to help them grow and thrive.
