Support Worker

The role

The Support Worker works alongside Case Managers to provide essential assistance to children and families by teaching life skills, including emotional regulation and conflict resolution. This role involves connecting families with vital resources and acting as a positive influence to build healthy relationship foundations. The position is focused on advocating for the needs of children and empowering families to improve their overall quality of life.
