Support Worker

The role

The Support Worker provides direct assistance to families within the Family Preservation Program to promote child safety, stability, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include coordinating community resources, offering parenting guidance, and collaborating with case managers and therapists to implement effective case plans. The role requires regular travel to home, school, and community settings to provide crisis intervention and support services to clients.
