The role
The Support Services Coordinator (SSC) will lead the development, management, and implementation of Tdh’s operational policies, procedures, tools & systems, and provide strategic financial counsel to the Country Director and Management team.
What you'll do
- Lead annual and periodical financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Monitor grants and ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements
- Provide strategic financial counsel to the Country Director and Management team
- Ensure HR department develops/modifies process and templates
- Formalize HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment procedures for the Country Office
What it takes
- University degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Finance, Management, HR, Logistics/supplychain, operational management or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management position in Finance, Operations, Support services, Logistics/supply chain and/or HR leadership role
- Experience managing campaign and long-term program and operational budgets and reporting to relevant donors
- Extensive project management experience
- Strong team leadership qualities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, financial/accounting software, and HR/Payroll/HRIS/ERP software
