The role

The Philippines Country Office is seeking a Supply Chain Management Expert/Consultant to conduct a comprehensive Quantification Capacity Assessment (QCA) for reproductive health commodities. The role involves assessing current practices, identifying gaps in knowledge and skills, and developing a roadmap for improvement across the region. The consultant will work with the SCMU Demand and Supply Planning team to evaluate government and local health units.

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in supply chain management.

  • Ability to develop and maintain broad diversified partnerships.
  • Knowledge of reproductive health care in global development/humanitarian contexts (asset).
  • Fluency in English.
