Supply Chain COUPA System Intern

The role

This internship position within the Supply Chain department supports the management and tracking of procurement processes using the COUPA system. The intern will be responsible for reviewing documentation for compliance, conducting PR ageing analysis, and assisting with vendor management. This role provides practical experience in audit-compliant procurement within a global, donor-funded environment. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the WAR Supply Chain Specialist to improve documentation completeness and reporting efficiency.
