The Supervisor, Aquarium Sustainability oversees the daily care, welfare, and management of Shedd Aquarium’s live food culture programs, larval fish and invertebrate development initiatives, and specialized marine exhibits.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily care, welfare, and management of Shedd Aquarium’s live food culture programs
- Supervise team responsible for the care of a diverse collection of marine organisms
- Develop staff and advance aquaculture goals
- Work closely with Animal Health, Environmental Quality, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations
- Serve as a leader in the Animal Care and Science Division
- Provide support for the aquarium’s SCUBA diving program
