What you'll do

- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited institution.
- Member in good standing of the Texas Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration court or before USCIS.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in state court proceedings for SIJS petitions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is strongly desired.
